+ monthly content planningevery friday we co-work on an intentional session, dedicated to all our content matters - whether it’s writing your newsletter, creating a new IG post, working on a podcast episode or youtube video. we finish with 30 minutes to review collectively and get feedback on what we’re working on.
on the last friday of the month we set up our content plan for the month, strategising, noting down and scheduling the ideas we want to work on, according to our business priorities at the moment.

every once in a while we meet for silent creative and co-working sessions, guided by a specific intention as I sense need within the group. from creative mornings to start your day practicing your craft, to admin sessions to get through the admin headaches alone together, these are spaces where we hold each other by simply being, opening a space in the end for sharing.

hi, I’m Gabriela. raised on a guest house farm on the the portuguese coast, I currently live in a small town in the west of France, after calling Berlin home for more than six years.
after years working in sustainability, noticing how most institutions ended up mirroring the same systems we were supposed to counter, I chose to create a path of my own, that could mirror the world I believe in - building a way of living and working that actually suits my unique mind.
I created lake days with a deep desire to divert our creativity and life-force towards collective and planetary regeneration - starting in each of us.
as a certified holistic life coach and self-learner myself, here's the things I know and believe whole-heartedly in: you have everything you need, and can achieve anything you want on your own.
you don't need me or any coach (and if anyone tries to convince you otherwise, you know what to do).
you have the gut knowing, and you can access every missing piece of information online. you can have late-night talks with chatGPT, and scramble through every freebie or youtube video on the internet for hours, months, years, to get where you want.
but here's also what I am very confident about: that you can do it much faster and easefuly with the right support.
not faster as in rushed, faster as in flow. faster as in taking the shortcuts that will save you hours, days, months among confusion, in front of a screen, testing things that were never gonna work for you anyways.
the right support can get you much sooner into the life and business you want to create.
